Since the pandemic of 2020 began, many businesses have had to pivot for survival. As a result, there are now many opportunities to work remotely. And whether you are looking for a job or wanting to hire, LinkedIn is important for your business. It is an ally to place in your corner.
COVID-19 has turned the work world upside down for many businesses. Who would have ever thought our work culture would morph into a work-from-home environment? Not us! Non-commute and remote jobs were once nearly unheard of.
Businesses should have a strong business page on LinkedIn. This includes consistent branding of your business page with your logo, line of business, awards, etc. Additionally, businesses should have strong individual pages for its leadership/leadership team. Always use professional headshots. Bios require content that is typo-free, grammatically correct, and best showcases each person’s expertise.
Build your LinkedIn reach and community. You can do this by connecting with others who share commonalities or people you would like to get to know better. Furthermore, it is good to exchange testimonials with colleagues. This helps to bolster each other’s page.
Use LinkedIn to read about and post content related to your line(s) of business. Interact routinely with connections when they post articles. Surprisingly, the reach on LinkedIn is more significant than either Twitter or Facebook.
Experiment with LinkedIn to help build your business growth. It stands as a reputable social media business suit. Otherwise, you are missing out on a potentially important channel.
